Two is better than one

Hello bodi's!!!


Happy Thursday to you all! Today I am working on my group training routines for the next week. There are so many fun routines that you can do with a group of two or more. That's why this week's Move of the Week is one that you can do alone or with a partner.


Drum roll please. . . .


Our Very First Move of the Week is:


Jump squats with med ball toss


Adding a buddy to your workout can help you stay committed as well as just make your time spent more enjoyable. We all know that it's not just the work out that is hard, it's the procrastinating before hand! If we look forward to doing something we will do it. Make a commitment to each other and hold each other accountable.
